Mindy Giraud has 28 years of experience in the NYC Department of Education and currently Director of Operations there. She spent 17 years as a special education paraprofessional, and 11 years as a secretary and business manager. Mindy has an Associate’s of Arts degree in Liberal Arts & Sociology. She was part of the founding team of Arts & Letters and Richmond Pre-K Centers.
